Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Arden & Ash pieces, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our goal is to make returns simple and stress-free.

We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Please Note

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

• Sale items, accessories, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your store credit or exchange details.
